Hanna-Maija Lahtinen works at Helsinki Zoo and volunteers for the Friends of Helsinki Zoo society. She has an MSc in Applied Zoology, and is interested in animal welfare and conservation work. In 2013 she volunteered in ERuDeF, Cameroon, for the Great Apes Conservation project, and she hopes to participate in BMAC’s field projects in the near future.
